Every year, the Ley Community is visited by a significant number
of ‘professional visitors’ who want to know more about
the programme. Senior residents show visitors around the Community.
We actively encourage visits as it provides senior residents with an
opportunity to meet interested ‘strangers’ and host their
visit. This is a useful experience in building up their confidence
as they prepare to move on into the later stages of the programme where
they leave the safety and security of the Ley for voluntary work and
then full time employment. Professional visits are arranged by Dianne
